Standing Cadence (Proposed)

The Forum's working expectation is that Steering Committee and Domain Lead roles remain active, ongoing contributions rather than one-time titles — ideally reflected in visible work shared with the permanent record over time. This cadence is presently a working practice under review by the Steering Committee, not yet a ratified rule.

Is AEGF a standards body?+
No. AEGF does not set standards, certify compliance, or rank solutions. It creates visibility for independent builders without imposing requirements on any of them.
Does AEGF speak for its members?+
No. AEGF amplifies individual member voices by making their work visible. Each member speaks for themselves. AEGF speaks for no one. Collective recommendations require 75% member approval and are only possible in Phase 4.
Will my listing be published without my approval?+
Never. No listing, contribution, or output carrying your name goes live without your explicit written approval. This was established as a governing precedent by Syeda Beenish Fatima and is binding for every member. Your IP remains yours.
Can I remove my listing at any time?+
Yes. At any time, without question. A removal request is processed immediately by the Registry Steward.
Does Founding Member imply endorsement or obligation?+
No. Founding Member means your work is listed in the Registry and your session contribution is on the permanent record — attributed to you, in your words. AEGF does not endorse, certify, or rank any solution.
Who controls AEGF?+
No single organisation. The Steering Committee is elected by the membership. VeriSigil AI is one member among many, listed alphabetically, with no permanent authority or veto power.
What is the Phase 1 time commitment?+
2 to 3 hours total. One Registry listing in your own words. One written session contribution using a six-point format. Fully async, no live calls required.
Will session records be public by default?+
No. Session records are shared with the founding circle first. Each member reviews and approves their own contribution before it is included in any public output.
